Sorry the video is not longer, the camera ran out of memory :-(
This is Tiocfaidh Ar La, my 4 year old standardbred stallion. He is a real ham, and although friends have labeled him 'mean as rattlesnake' he can also be really nice and sweet with my family. Mostly with us he is a jokester with an attitude, more like a grumpy old mare than a stud at all. He is bossy, funny, sweet, and if he is angry or upset can pack a mean punch... most days now though he and us have worked out a relationship that he gets his own way, we get what we want out of him, and as long as there is licorice involved and carrots and apples thrown in... the family is happy... meaning Che is happy and we are safe from being kicked... he seldom bites...at least not hard... lol Anyway Che is lots of fun, and his love for his family knows no bounds... but his love for my husband is something special to behold... the two are everything to one another and it shows each day they are together. Che will never really be tamed, his spirit will always be free, and that is they way we want it... he is different than other horses, but his kindness and gentle side show in this video.
haha, this is great Download it here if you want. :p www.mediafire.com
This is my dog Rook, an all white, blue eyed, 100% Siberian Husky. This is where most of my time has gone, which is why I haven't uploaded many videos in a while. Anyway, its Saturday morning here and I found him resting here. So I decided to take a video of it. He's a really smart dog, he notices things that my other dog doesn't, like clouds, birds, planes, and even TV! You know that Travelers Insurance commercial with the rattlesnake? If you haven't, it's here. www.youtube.com He will watch it and howl when it's on. He howls to my dad when he sings or plays piano/guitar (which my may post videos of later). He does not like the heat, well, 90 degree heat, but its fall now so him and I run around outside a lot now. When we first got him he would splash his face and paws in his water bowl to cool off :D.
© DeadlyTeaParty Property Please join my nature page: www.facebook.com This is the last I see of the little hedgehog! It finally disappears for the night safe from predators! A hedgehog is any of the spiny mammals of the subfamily Erinaceinae and the order Erinaceomorpha. There are 17 species of hedgehog in five genera, found through parts of Europe, Asia, Africa, and New Zealand (by introduction). There are no hedgehogs native to Australia, and no living species native to the Americas (although fossils of at least four extinct species were discovered in South America). Hedgehogs share distant ancestry with shrews (order Soricidae), with gymnures possibly being the intermediate link, and have changed little over the last 15 million years. Like many of the first mammals they have adapted to a nocturnal, insectivorous way of life. Hedgehogs are easily recognized by their spines, which are hollow hairs made stiff with keratin. Their spines are not poisonous or barbed and, unlike the quills of a porcupine, cannot easily be removed from the hedgehog. However, spines normally come out when a hedgehog sheds baby spines and replaces them with adult spines. This is called "quilling." When under extreme stress or during sickness, a hedgehog can also lose spines. A defense that all species of hedgehogs possess is the ability to roll into a tight ball, causing all of the spines to point outwards. However, its effectiveness depends on the number of spines, and since some of the desert ...
