Desert praying mantis confusing a laser beam with prey. The mantis has excellent vision which it uses to track and grab virtually anything within a given size range. In this case, the mantis is convinced the laser is some sort of insect. Although its vision may be excellent it does give rise to many other questions about its vision. Stay tuned as this mantis continues to grow!
