I was given the opportunity to scarper today before the phlebotomist could stick me. She got as far as cleaning my arm before I ran for it. Next time my mum is going to come with me, so escape won't be an option. Are there any books that people can recommend or other tips for overcoming phobias?

I'm on anti-anxiety medication but that doesn't seem to be helping. I've read in an article that they are using a medication that was used to treat TB but won't be available for another 5-7 years does anyone know of any medications that are out there besides anti-anxiety medications used to combat phobias ? I've also tried hypnotherapy, CBT, EFT and acupuncture.
