A giant spider beast - big black spider with yellow markings in a large web. I found this giant arachnid in Thailand as I walked on a jungle path up a mountain. This amazing bug comes from Africa and looks like it's part snake and part armadillo! With more legs than you can easily count, Giant Millipedes are generally harmless to humans and make interesting and surprisingly easy to care for pets. This large breeding pair of specimens was on display at the exhibit of KenTheBugGuy.com during the Los Angeles Natural History Museum's 2010 annual insect fair.
