Bitsy caught her bottle fly before Itsy got her's (itsy's the one that pounced in the video). Then Bitsy couldn't figure out how she was going to get her cargo up on her nest. XD 6-7-09 Update : Bitsy's first brood are 1st Instars now and moving around. I'm still waiting for my new camera lens to get some shots of the slings. Itsy's eggs have hatched as well. I'm not %100 sure, but Bitsy's 2nd nest might've hatched - looks a little bit darker in there.. Good thing I bought 24 more vials today. I'm gonna be knee-high in new spiders. XD Bites of Phidippus johnsoni are not generally harmful to humans unless you're very allergic to spiders. Never been bitten, but I imagine it's very itchy like a common sac spider.

It's a drunk cat

Of all the trends to close out 2011, I couldn't be happier with the emergence of Animals Playing Games On Gadgets. First came the agile bearded dragon, then the vicious African Bullfrog, and now, in perhaps the most impressive display yet: a cat that is very, very good at Fruit Ninja. If you're wondering how on earth the ferocious feline stays a live so long, it appears that puss is playing in Arcade mode, where bombs and dropped fruits don't spell instant death. Either that, or it's wasting most of its nine lives on a video game.

Talk about the ideal pet! Not only is this cat considerate and calm, but it has a very soothing bedside manner too.
