He is a very well behaved rat. Better than most dogs when it comes to food. Even cookies left out on the table are safe. He will stop to smell then move on without even a taste. I feed him with my right hand only. That way I can eat in piece.

In an attempt to shed light on various mental health disorders Dr Pixie looked at the world of phobias and even faced her own. Putting herself on the line Dr Pixie faced her phobia of spiders. Her heart, temperature and breathing rates were measured to see what physical affects the presence of the revered object (in this case a tarantula) can have on a phobic. A process of desensitisation was started to see if Dr Pixie could become any more comfortable with the presence of the spider. After the treatment Dr Pixie said she did feel more comfortable in facing her phobia.
