REXANOEXOTICS, not that I’m against you or anything, but taking animal populations into consideration, how would death by domestic animals compare to death by exotic ones?
It’s precisely BECAUSE we cannot plan 20, 30 years in the future that we should not gamble with an animal’s life and happiness. It’s precisely BECAUSE when an “owner” needs to move and can’t take the animal with them that these people should not be entrusted with the life-long commitment that comes with being a care-taker. Fight congress all you want — but do it while NOT having an exotic. When the laws are all green…THEN go out and be a responsible caretaker.
