Butterscotch, The Fancy Rat Introduction

logo

Just a short video of how my pets act around the newest addition to the household, Butterscotch (BS) the rat. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is it okay to leave your pets unsupervised no matter how "tolerant" they are around your small animals. Always take into consideration the dangers involved when housing your small animals with larger companions. None of my dogs, cat, or ferret like Butterscotch, there seems to be a mutual understanding that she's not to be eaten or harmed, but accidents can happen. Always keep your small animals, (ferrets, rats, guinea pigs, birds, rabbits, etc...) under adult supervision when interacting with other common household pets. NOTE: Ferrets and rats DO NOT get along. NEVER house a ferret and rat together. In the natural world ferrets are predators of rats and this is still known even in domestication. My ferret never showed signs of aggression until BS came to live with us and his attitude changes when he is around her. EVEN if your ferret seems friendly DO NOT RISK IT. It's reckless and possibly fatal to your ratties.

I DO NOT OWN THE MUSIC AND THE LAST IMAGE USED IN THIS VIDEO. Summary: Robin, actively participating in the sport of cage diving dived as he would normally do. Today's dive however, will never be experienced again. I made this video out of fun. Let me know what you think :)

The following footage was obtained by an undercover animal rights investigator. The footage showcases some of the horrific conditions and ailments that snakes are forced to endure as a result of the pet trade. The following was filmed at a wholesale exotic-animal dealership called US Global Exotics. NUTRO pet food (dog and cats), which has extensive international operations, was acquired in 2007 by Mars, Inc FDA Confirms Probe of NUTRO Pet Food Deaths, Illnesses: www.consumeraffairs.com ANIMAL TESTING DANGEROUS TO HUMAN HEALTH: www.healthy.net October 6, 2008 - Announed today that Mars has bought out Wrigley's making them the worlds' largest candy company !!!! Got a sweet tooth? Think twice before picking up a Mars candy bar! You should know that candymaker Mars, Inc.—creator of M&M's, Snickers, Twix, Dove, Three Musketeers, Starburst, Skittles, and other candies—funds deadly animal tests, even though there are more reliable human studies and not one of the tests is required by law. Mars is currently funding a deadly experiment on rats to determine the effects of chocolate ingredients on their blood vessels. Experimenters force-feed the rats by shoving plastic tubes down their throats and then cut open the rats' legs to expose an artery, which is clamped shut to block blood flow. After the experiment, the animals are killed. Mars has also funded cruel experiments in which mice were fed a candy ingredient and forced to swim in a pool of a water mixed with white paint. The mice had to find a hidden platform to avoid drowning, only to be killed and dissected later on. In yet another experiment supported by Mars, rats were fed cocoa and anesthetized with carbon dioxide so that their blood could be collected by injecting a needle directly into their hearts, which can lead ...
